Logistics and Delivery

Product logistics and transportation are carried out by third-party logistics companies (3PLs) designated by the customer or their representatives.
Therefore, MatMax Motors LLC is not responsible for:

• Damage, loss, or delays occurring after the product has been handed over to the logistics operator.
  
  

• The condition of the product upon delivery to the customer by the carrier.
  
  

• Any incident resulting from transportation, handling, or import/export processes once the product has left MatMax’s facilities.
  
  

Any claim related to transit damage or loss must be filed directly with the respective logistics company.
