MatMax Motors LLC – Return, Cancellation & Warranty Policy
1. Return & Exchange Policy
MatMax Motors LLC is committed to providing a fair return experience.
We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under the conditions outlined below:
A. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item is damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended upon delivery, the
customer may request:

A return,
●
A refund, or
●
An exchange or replacement
Requests must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of receiving the product.
To initiate a claim, the customer must contact contact@matmaxmotors.com and provide:
●
Proof of purchase
●
Photos/videos of the defect or damage
●
A brief description of the issue
If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, MatMax Motors LLC will provide one of
the following, based on customer preference and product availability:
●
Full refund
●
Exchange for the same item
●
Repair or replacement of affected parts
Return shipping instructions will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
B. Non-Defective Returns
For items that are not defective, customers may request a return within three (3) calendar
days from the date of purchase, if the item is:
●
Unused●
In its original condition
●
In its original packaging
Approved non-defective returns may be subject to administrative or payment-processing
fees.
2. Cancellations
Customers may cancel their purchase within three (3) calendar days from the date of
purchase, provided that the product remains in the same condition as originally
received.
After this period, no cancellations will be accepted.
Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative or payment processing fees.
3. Warranty Terms
MatMax Motors LLC provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the
motor and transmission for a period of one (1) year or 2,500 miles, whichever occurs
first.
The warranty is valid only if:

All required maintenance services are performed exclusively at MatMax Motors
LLC, and
●
The maintenance schedule (oil changes at 300, 1,300, and 2,300 miles, and at
2,500 miles for transmission service and general inspection) has been followed
and properly documented.
The warranty does not cover:
●
Cosmetic damage, natural wear and tear, or wear due to normal vehicle use.
●
Damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or repairs performed by
third parties.
4. Logistics and Delivery
Product logistics and transportation are carried out by third-party logistics companies
(3PLs) designated by the customer or their representatives.
Therefore, MatMax Motors LLC is not responsible for:●
Damage, loss, or delays occurring after the product has been handed over to the
logistics operator.
●
The condition of the product upon delivery to the customer by the carrier.
●
Any incident resulting from transportation, handling, or import/export processes once
the product has left MatMax’s facilities.
Any claim related to transit damage or loss must be filed directly with the respective
logistics company.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and
accepted the terms set forth in this Return, Cancellation & Warranty Policy, as well as all
other Sales Terms and Conditions of MatMax Motors LLC.
6. Buyer’s Acknowledgment and Signature
I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the Return, Cancellation &
Warranty Policy and expressly agree to all its terms and conditions.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the terms set forth in this Return, Cancellation & Warranty Policy, as well as all other Sales Terms and Conditions of MatMax Motors LLC.
